If you find it hard to commit to an exercise plan then why not book & pay in advance for your term of exercise (8 weeks). If you have paid in advance it is a real inspiration to attend more regularly.

A great way to feel good about yourself!
It is hard to feel good about yourself when you ache and feel low. Exercising with a group can often make you feel better about yourself! Come along and try exercising with us and it will change your mood and change the way you think about yourself; as well as getting you fitter.
But sometimes it is not that easy!
It is hard when people tell you to exercise to feel better and yet exercising hurts.
It can be a vicious circle.
Exercise should not hurt! But there are lots of reasons why it does! If you exercise with fun with fitness We should be able to find a way for you to exercise that does not hurt. We can normally find out what is the cause of your pain when exercising and more often than not - find you a way to exercise to get rid of your pains.

nice six mile walk
Walking is such a good way to get fit!
Mountain Walking is really good for fitness & stamina and is a fun way to make friends and enjoy our beautiful countryside.
Fun With Fitness is once again taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challange, which is 25 miles up and down 3 mountains.
Why not come and join us for our first 6 mile walk on Saturday.
Starting at Friday woods.
It is a great challange and fun way to keep fit.

Feeling Good even in the Cold weather!
Walking fast is such a good way to keep warm in this cold weather. Just thirty minutes of fast walking is enough to get your blood pumping and warm you up for the day!
If you find you just cannot get warm - then join us for a nice fast walk!
If it is snowy then bring some walking poles to steady yourself if you are worried about slipping over.
Tonight we will walk fast and not run - so bring your walking/waterproof shoes/boots and you walking poles if you wish!
Walking fast is underestimated as a way to keep fit - it lifts your mood, warms you up, gets your blood pumping and your lungs working.

Never to late!
You will be pleased to know that it is never to late!
Balance can be improved upon and fitness gains can be quickly seen and felt.
Sore joints can be made less painful and the realisation that it is not all going so quickly down hill can be reassuring.
Fitness really can bring about all those changes as the ladies and gentlemen who attend the fun with fitness seated aerobics and toning sessions will tell you.
It can also be fun and friendly!
No matter your age! No matter your size! We really do cater for most!
