Come along for help, advice and strengthening!

Fit for all = Kick box Aerobics! Let's work off the christmas pudding with a fun cardio workout! Great for fitness, helps with weight loss, really gets your body working! Come along to this session really suitable for all ages and fitness levels = work at your own pace and get fitter week on week!

Remember it is also Pilates the next level today! Looking forward to working those muscles!
