Pilates

Lovely Introduction to Pilates sessions today!

Week 3 and really good improvements already!

Pilates is great for strengthening, rehabilitation from injury, correcting posture, flexibility, making you feel good and much, much more!

New course starts on Thursday 29th March. Daytime and evening sessions.
