Feeling Good even in the Cold weather!

Walking fast is such a good way to keep warm in this cold weather. Just thirty minutes of fast walking is enough to get your blood pumping and warm you up for the day!

If you find you just cannot get warm - then join us for a nice fast walk!
If it is snowy then bring some walking poles to steady yourself if you are worried about slipping over.

Tonight we will walk fast and not run - so bring your walking/waterproof shoes/boots and you walking poles if you wish!

Walking fast is underestimated as a way to keep fit - it lifts your mood, warms you up, gets your blood pumping and your lungs working.

If you would like to learn to walk fast then come and join us - on Mon, Wed & Friday's at 6pm.

Learn to run!

Learning to run can be fun!

There are simple ways to make running easier, less tiring and way to sort out running barriers!

Do you get shin pain when you run? Let Belinda show you how to stop it!

Do your feet hurt? Do your calves hurt? Do you get uncontrollably out of breath?

If you have always wished that you could run but are finding it impossible or painful then come out for some lessons with Belinda.
