With November comes something new for Fun With Fitness. It has been quite a while since Fun With Fitness provided an aerobics class and this has been missed by many of our members. Due to a request from Fun With Fitness regulars I am providing an aerobics class for the month of November as a trial. If it is successful I will continue it.
It is going to be on Thursdays at 6.30pm instead of the circuit training/toning and strengthening. It will last for an hour. This Fun With Fitness aerobics class will be different to most aerobics classes because it will have no difficult steps and is suitable for anyone. You can have a gentle work-out or work-out very hard it is entirely up to you how hard you push yourself and you can watch yourself get fitter week by week.
Aerobics is a great way to keep fit. It is great fun and not much different to dancing. 1 hour just flys by as you concentrate on copying your instructors moves. Being on the go and lifting your arms and legs in different ways and moving about in different directions for 1 hour provides you with a fabulous work-out.
This class will improve your fitness by increasing your stamina, muscle tone, flexibility, energy levels and mood. It is a very good class to burn off calories so can help with weight loss. It will help with high cholesterol, diabetes and cardiovascular problems.
Pop along and see the difference it can make to your life!
Do you want fitness, but don't want the fitness culture?
Fun With Fitness provides fitness without the lycra, the egos and without the competition. Instead, Fun With Fitness provides fitness with real people, real friendships and a life-changing environment.
